1. General By purchasing from GRPSTR you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance.

2. Products GRPSAUCE and all GRPSTR products are intended for lawful use only. By purchasing you confirm you are 18 years or older. GRPSTR is not responsible for misuse of any product.

3. Orders & Payment All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund. Payment is processed at time of order.

4. Pre-Orders Pre-order ship dates are estimates. We will communicate any delays. Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the ship date.

5. Shipping We ship to the contiguous US. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. GRPSTR is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier pickup.

7. Intellectual Property All GRPSTR branding, logos, product names, and content are the property of GRPSTR. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability GRPSTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
