Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high volume periods or product drops processing may take up to 5 business days. Pre-orders ship on the stated ship date.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been picked up.

Free Shipping Free shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous US.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages GRPSTR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier first. If the issue persists reach out to us at grpstrgear@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, email us at grpstrgear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
