GRPSAUCE (consumable product) No returns on opened product — this is a grip enhancer, we can't take it back once it's been used. If your order arrives damaged or defective, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Bags & Accessories Unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customer covers return shipping. Once we receive and inspect, refund issued within 5 business days.
Pre-Orders Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the ship date. Once shipped, standard policy applies.
Damaged or Wrong Items Email us at grpstrgear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — no hassle.
